I’m here to make the planning process low-stress, while always offering guidance on how to create a more environmentally-conscious event.
Why do we care about Sustainability
I believe we all have a responsibility to reduce our impact on the environment and take action to preserve this beautiful planet we call home, as much as we are able to.

Other Sustainable Practices
I collect hard-to-recycle items at the end of the night to keep them out of the landfill (i.e. I take home any plastic film and packaging to recycle through my Ridwell membership)
Imperfectly Sustainable
The Hummingbird Event Co. says: "Yes! I'm always thinking of ways to further reduce the amount of waste at weddings - I'm looking into alternatives for an alternative to encased tea lights encased in plastic, for example. I also do a lot of driving in my business - a lot of it is unavoidable as cars are required for picking up and lugging equipment and supplies around, but I'm trying to find ways to be more efficient and combine trips when I can. I currently have a very functional hybrid, but I hope my next vehicle will be electric! Lastly, I'd like to work on improving the energy efficiency of my home, which is where I conduct most of my work."
